StrideHabit return and refund policy

This policy applies to walking habit coaching products sold by Yluzarinthon on yluzarinthon.world, including Trail Notes Kit, Stride Check Quartet, and Seasonal Walking Partner. It follows United Kingdom consumer guidance for digital content and services.

Cooling off for distance contracts

When you purchase remotely, you generally have fourteen days to cancel without giving reasons, unless you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge losing the cooling off right once delivery starts.

StrideHabit sends a clear acknowledgement before releasing Trail Notes Kit files. If you have not consented to immediate delivery, you may cancel within fourteen days for a full refund of unused digital products.

How to request a return or cancellation

Email team@yluzarinthon.world or message through roam-contact.html with your invoice number, product name, and reason. StrideHabit confirms receipt within two business days.

Refunds for Trail Notes Kit

If you did not download files and you cancel within the cooling off window, StrideHabit refunds one hundred percent of the product price to the original payment method within fourteen days of approval.

If you downloaded files and discover a material defect such as corrupted audio, StrideHabit first attempts replacement. If replacement fails within five business days, you receive a full refund.

Refunds for Stride Check Quartet

If no sessions occurred and you cancel within fourteen days, StrideHabit refunds the full price minus any non recoverable payment gateway fees disclosed on your invoice.

After the first session, you may cancel remaining sessions and receive a pro rata refund for unused calls calculated against the list price per session.

Refunds for Seasonal Walking Partner

Before the programme begins, you may cancel for a full refund if no bespoke planning hours were spent.

After planning begins, StrideHabit deducts hours logged at the standard hourly rate disclosed in your contract, then refunds the balance within fourteen days.

Non refundable personalised add ons

Bespoke printed booklets or third party event tickets purchased through StrideHabit follow supplier refund rules. StrideHabit passes through any supplier credit when available.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

StrideHabit asks clients to contact the studio before initiating chargebacks so disputes resolve faster. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension of future purchases.

Gift purchases and transfers

Gift purchases may transfer once to another adult if StrideHabit records written consent from the purchaser and the recipient accepts terms.

Product downgrades and upgrades

When upgrading within thirty days, StrideHabit credits unused digital portions toward higher tiers as described on habit-offers.html. Downgrades refund differences only before services begin.

Delays caused by StrideHabit

If StrideHabit misses a scheduled session without notice, you receive an extra session at no charge or a partial refund equal to that session value, whichever you prefer.

Delays caused by clients

Late arrivals shorten session length without refund unless coaches agree to extend schedules without impacting other clients.

Faulty digital copies

StrideHabit replaces faulty files at no cost and extends download windows when servers cause interruptions.

Statutory rights reminder

This policy does not limit statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty digital content or services not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

How refunds appear on statements

Refunds post as StrideHabit or Yluzarinthon descriptors depending on your bank. Timing may vary by card issuer after StrideHabit releases funds.

Partial performance before cancellation

If StrideHabit delivered a portion of Seasonal Walking Partner planning before you cancel, the refund deducts documented hours at the contract hourly rate even during the cooling off period when bespoke work already began with your signed waiver.

Replacement products instead of refunds

When a digital bundle contains a corrupted file, StrideHabit may offer replacement access before issuing cash refunds, unless you reasonably reject replacement because timelines no longer fit.

Promotional codes and bundles

Discount codes apply only to the purchase where entered. Bundled products refund proportionally based on advertised standalone values on habit-offers.html at time of sale.

Workshops cancelled by weather

Optional outdoor intensives reschedule first. If three scheduling attempts fail, you may choose a refund for the workshop component only.

Tax invoices after refunds

StrideHabit issues credit notes that align with HMRC expectations so your records remain coherent.

Abusive refund requests

StrideHabit may decline repetitive refund demands that conflict with completed service logs, while still honouring genuine statutory rights.
